Find the right piece

Search by composer, instrument, difficulty, key or form. You can browse lists such as easy pieces, pieces with fingerings, music under two minutes, string quartets and solo violin, or explore by period from medieval to classical and beyond.

What is in it

Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Tchaikovsky and Satie sit beside hymns, folk songs and traditional tunes. There are piano pieces, songs, duets and chamber music.

More than a shelf of PDFs

These are full scores, not pictures of pages, so you can do everything with them that you can do with a score you scanned:

  • Hear them, with a loop, a metronome and any tempo you like
  • Transpose them or change the instruments
  • Simplify a hard passage, add fingering, or write a new accompaniment
  • Perform from them in stage mode

Where the music comes from

The scores are public-domain or CC0 editions from the PDMX collection and OpenScore. As far as we know, both the works and these editions are out of copyright, so you may play, arrange and share them. If you think a score should not be included, please write to us.
